Play. What is play? The literal meaning of "play" means engaging in an activity for recreational and enjoyment.
The playground is where I "play", I do not mean the playground where kids play literally, but it is the gym is where my playground is at. Be it the Unigym at Taylor's or my home gym, they are my playground.
Now, why do I call the gym my playground? It is where I "play". Where my mind and body focus on the workouts, shutting out the world with the upbeat music on the highest volume on my iPod and just have fun in my playground. Working out at the gym has never felt like a chore that must be done, but rather a hobby. That feeling after a great run on the treadmill, that feeling after sweating it out, that feeling after a great workout. That is what I love!
Being active in the gym is not a fad I am going through, I have been a loyal gym member ever since I was a teenage at thirteen years old. Just recently about six months ago, my visits to the gym has become more serious. Stepping into 'my playground' with a specific goal in mind prepared along with new workout routines.
In conclusion, It has now become a personal goal and a priority for me to achieve a lean body with my workouts and a clean eating diet. I am determined to be able to reduce my body fat to at least 18% which I will work very hard for and enjoy while I am doing it.
